This means working with clients closely, providing relentlessly good service, then building software products to serve them. We are our own first customer. Coding ourselves out of the job is a goal that is never achieved. We find efficiencies with software everyday. Our second customers are our clients. Our team and more importantly, our clients gain leverage.
Today our efforts are focused on building the best back office foundations for firms. Listening to clients provides a roadmap to what we build next.

We are starting with Service and integrating Software (SwiS). This inversion of Software as a Service (SaaS) to begin with services solves the problem of building first and selling second. We are working hand in hand with clients, then automating parts of the process to streamline operations and leverage LLMs that let us build. Our GTM is SwiS. There is no better sales strategy than forward deployment of consulting inside a company to learn what they need. This is the impossible dream for a sales team; knowing exactly what a customer wants. Understanding their pain points and providing solutions.

Focusing first on service, then on software allows us to work with the best.
